Shipping & Processing Time
We process orders, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), we typically begin the process and ship your order the next business day. We process all in stock orders within 1 to 3 business days after credit card verification. Custom orders typically take 10 - 21 business days to complete.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are unable to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please keep in mind, from time to time we will get back-logged during holiday time periods and sale time periods During this time order processing could take longer than our standard time frame. If you have any questions about your order, please check your order online or please contact our Customer Service and we will be glad to help answer your questions.
Shipment Payment Authorization
As you submit your order your credit card will be charged for all items and shipment costs and an email notification will be sent.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses via UPS Surepost.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico
For deliveries to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, select 2 Day Air or Overnight Air for expedited delivery.
For standard delivery select USPS.
Shipping Internationally
For deliveries outside the United States of America, Jannuzzi LLC does not currently ship to any international address, please us an expeditor.
Shipping Holidays
Jannuzzi LLC and its carriers will not be shipping or delivering on:

- New Years Day
- Martin Luther King Jr Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day After Thanksgiving (we are closed)
- Christmas Eve (we are closed)
- Christmas
Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, the order will be returned to us and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
